ITSCs hardware and software is already competitively priced, but if you buy in volume, 10 or more units, you typically receive a bigger discount off of MSRP. We have official partnerships with top industry name brands, which allows us to pass the savings onto our customers. The more units you purchase the better the savings.
What form of payment does iTSC take?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Checks and e-Checks.
Do you charge extra for in-home/ business service?

Do you provide a detailed written out explanation of the work performed?

Yes. For most problems we guarantee our service for 7 to 12 days.
Yes. New hardware always has a manufacturer warranty of at least 90 days, 1 thru 3 years, and/ or 4 years.
How much do you charge per hour for IT support?

Do you have a minimum charge?
Yes, our minimum charge is one billable hour.
What is included in the hourly rate?
IT support includes troubleshooting and problem diagnosing, IT consulting, problem resolution and anything service related. Hardware, software, accessories, hosting, and other products in inventory are not included in the hourly service rate.
Are there any charges other than the hourly rate?
Yes, if you have faulty hardware. Before we replace it, we will advise you of the problem(s), and recommend a course of action.
Do you accept payment upon receipt of hardware?
Sometimes. It really depends upon how large the order is. Per policy, hardware is paid in full, then ordered from one of our hardware or software partners.
